I don't like my boss, my teacher, my neighbour...: can I disasterize them?

Yes! You can create a page especially for Netdisaster to destroy. For example, create a html page with a picture of the person bothering you. Type in the URL of this page in the Netdisaster form. If you choose the mouse-control option, your delight will be even greater!

However, be careful: if you choose to make your work public, you'll do it at your own risk. You'd better keep it private.
